2005 SWIM MEET SELECTION Below is a list of swim meets that the club will be attending over the summer. Entries for the swim meets are required up to two weeks before the swim meet. The club pays the entry fees for swim meets. If you "no show" you will be asked to reimburse the club for the cost of the entry fee. To assist in planning the summer schedule, please indicate your plans for attending swim meets. Keep a copy Of this form on your fridge and put the other copy in Debbie Matthie's mail box. Should your plans change, please contact Debbie immediately. Please fill out this form as soon as possible as we need to start entering the Information for the Didsbury meet.
